Welcome to Jehovah Shammah International Ministry. Our Apostle Jose Carlos Ortiz was the founder of this ministry. On March 25, 2014 the Lord decided to call him home, but his legacy continues. He was a man whose heart for for the Lord and establishing heaven on earth.
